Washington & His Bros
Step 1: Look at the photos of Washington’s cabinet on the wall at Station 1.
Step 2: Read over the descriptions of each of the cabinet members in your folder. Read them carefully.
Step 3: Pretend you are the legislative branch. You are in charge of approving the president’s cabinet appointees! Based on what you learned about the cabinet members so far, make a decision as a group to approve or not approve each cabinet member.
Step 4: Record you decisions in the chart attached to the folder!
Step 5: Based on what you know now about Washington’s cabinet members, decide how these cabinet members fit into your First Presidents Chart
When you’re done filling in the Station 1 portion of your chart, you are ready for the next station! ☺
